I founded Champion Fundraising after decades working within charities; successfully developing, delivering and leading fundraising & engagement. I’m passionate about the power of small and understand what it’s like working in smaller teams and charities. I know that resources rarely match ambition; that taking on new work often means having to make compromises elsewhere. That one day you can just as easily be taking the bins out as pitching for your biggest partnership. Every pound has an enormous impact and I know that being so closely connected to the cause can be incredibly motivating and feel like a huge responsibility.
